From childhood all I have ever known is the curry industry, having been brought up in the restaurant and then the manufacturing sector. Recipes which go back to the late 1930's are still used to create fresh tasting Indian Curry Pastes, Sauces, Chutney and Lime Pickle. Cooked in small batch size to maximize flavour and pungency.
